My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to a concert venue and accommodating for pet owners like myself. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The dining experience, despite some positives, could use improvement.

The room was okay, but had some issues. It had ants, smelled like mold, and the cleanliness was lacking. Requesting a non-smoking room initially didn't go smoothly, as it was trashed. Had to change rooms due to issues with the toilets not being level.

While the staff was friendly, communication could be challenging due to thick accents. Witnessed some unfriendliness regarding guest issues in the dining area. Housekeeping and laundry services were not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable, but I was moved to a smoking room without prior notice. The constant noise from a compressor throughout the building was quite bothersome. The hotel's layout made it challenging to navigate.
